  approximately 400-600 EUR/month – awarded on the competitive basis depending on research performance (publications). Very few available for the first year. None offered to non-EU citizens

Doctoral Studies at the Faculty of ETI   prepare graduate students for careers in research, teaching, and as experts in the public and private sectors in of the following areas: Control Engineering and Robotics, Biocybernetics and Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics. This goal is achieved vie guided study and research and seminars. The doctor of philosophy in a chosen academic area is obtained after   submitting and defending a   doctoral thesis an passing doctoral exams.

Program of study:  from 32 to 45 ECTS has to be earned in 8 semesters:

  • obligatory curses, and seminars
  • complementary subjects and soft-skills courses and workshops
  • specialist courses related to the topic doctoral thesis,
  • teaching classes from the first year of study,
  • research work;
