Submitting the applications:   MojaPG - Documents - eDocuments - Add

  • have a debt exceeding 12 ECTS Application for Registration
  • failed the repeated subjects (regardless of the number of ECTS) Application for Registration
  • apply for IZP (Individual Subjects Credit) + required the consent from the lecturer Application for Indywidualne Zaliczenie Przedmiotów (Individual Subjects Credit)
  • want to spread the payment in the installments  Installment application
  • want to apply for break/leave Leave Application - other (dean's leave, random leave, break before repeating, etc.)
  • want to apply for medical leave - Leave application - medical leave with the medical certificate
  • you want to apply for a different case - General application to the Dean
  • want to report a return from leave - Application for registration after leave (with the certificate in case of medical leave)
  • Application for an extension of the session
  • Application to the Rector for remission of fees for foreigner
  • Application for an Individual Study Plan
