ETI

Teachers from the Department of Radio Communication Systems and Networks conduct theoretical and practical didactic classes at all levels of study. We start educating students during the first-degree studies in general subjects for all students of the Telecommunications stream, and then we share our specialist radiocommunication knowledge with students of the diploma profile: Radio Communication Systems and Networks, starting from the sixth semester of engineering studies. We invite all students interested in all aspects of wireless telecommunications, cellular networks, broadcasting, radiolocation or software defined radio techniques to study in our department.

The same name: Radio Communication Systems and Networks is also used by our Master's specialization. The second-degree studies give the opportunity to deepen knowledge in the broadly understood field of radiocommunication and telecommunications, but of course, graduates of engineering studies of other non-telecommunications specialties can also study radiocommunication in our department.

The education of radiocommunication specialists does not end with graduate studies. Persons interested in conducting scientific research may continue their education during third-degree (PhD) studies under the supervision and support of the scientific staff of our department. Our knowledge, time and laboratories are at the disposal of PhD students. For two years, we have also been conducting specialized lectures and seminars for students of the doctoral school. The subject of these classes includes specialist knowledge in the field of radiolocation and radio navigation and body area networks. Lectures on the structure and application of the fifth generation (5G) networks for students of the doctoral school are under preparation.
