The education of PhD students in the doctoral school, as well as the implementation of scientific and qualification works outside the doctoral school, is in most cases carried out individually. No two PhD students and research ideas are the same, therefore the assistance in accessing equipment, tools, laboratories, knowledge and experience that we offer to third-degree students is always adapted to the needs and expectations of students. But apart from an individual research plan and development idea, each student must complete a specific education program. In order for students to gain as much knowledge related to radiocommunication as possible during the compulsory teaching hours, facultative classes were prepared in the form of lectures and seminars on radiolocation and BAN radio networks, and there are plans to expand the offer with lectures on fifth generation mobile networks (5G). We also prepare classes for students of the industrial doctoral school, i.e. people working in industry but interested in research and further improvement of competences.
All those willing to undertake PhD studies in radio communication are invited to contact the employees and current PhD students of the Department of Radio Communication Systems and Networks and to learn about the rules of recruitment and studies at the doctoral school of the Gdańsk University of Technology.
