The subject is taught in Polish
The course aims to introduce students to key theoretical concepts and models describing the user acceptance and adoption of technology, such as TAM, UTAUT, and UTAUT2. Students will learn how to adapt selected models to analyze specific technologies, construct research tools, and conduct basic empirical research on user perceptions and acceptance of technology.
The subject includes:
- Introduction to technology adoption and the importance of research on the acceptance and adaptation of new solutions.
- Discussion of key theoretical models (including TAM, TAM2, UTAUT, UTAUT2) and their main constructs.
- Principles of adapting models for research in the context of the selected technology.
- Survey research methodology, design and construction of research tools based on technology adaptation models.
- Planning and implementing empirical research with user participation.
- Analysis and interpretation of the obtained results and their presentation in the form of a report and speech.
