In recent years, at the Department of Radiocommunication Systems and Networks, we have completed several dozen projects financed from external funds. Both the subject matter of these projects, the scope of work, the form of financing and expectations towards the team were different, but all of them allowed for a significant increase in the team's experience and competences. It cannot be forgotten that during the implementation of projects, several people from our team found research topics for themselves, then developed into the form of doctoral dissertations and even habilitation monographs. Thus, the benefits of implementing the projects are very comprehensive.
