• On May 10, 2024, the Laboratory ended its participation in the national accreditation system and stopped using the PCA accreditation symbol in test reports, declaring at the same time the continued use of the test quality assurance system developed during the accreditation period.

• In May 2020, the Laboratory once again extended the frequency range of tests accredited under the accreditation No. AB 1606.

• In 2019, the Laboratory expanded the frequency range of tests accredited under the accreditation No. AB 1606.

• In December 2018, the Laboratory gained a third measuring hydrophone calibrated by the National Physical Laboratory in Great Britain.

• On May 11, 2016, the Hydroacoustics Testing Laboratory obtained the accreditation of the Polish Centre for Accreditation No. AB 1606.

• In 2015, two measuring hydrophones owned by the Laboratory were calibrated by the National Physical Laboratory in Great Britain.

• On December 1, 2012, by order of the Rector of Gdansk University of Technology No. 38/2012, the Hydroacoustics Testing Laboratory was established at the Faculty of ETI.
